Privacy, consent & data retention

We collect only what's needed to handle your enquiry: name, contact details, dates, group details and requirements, plus the page and campaign that brought you here (for measuring which content works).

Purpose-limited consent. You consent to us contacting you about the enquiry, and separately to sharing it with the relevant farm. We do not sell your data.

Access. Farms see only enquiries for their own listings. Staff access is role-based and every change is recorded in an audit log.

Retention. Enquiry personal data is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. You can request deletion at any time by quoting your reference number.

This notice is a Phase-1 draft and will be reviewed with qualified advisers against applicable Indian privacy (DPDP Act 2023) and tourism requirements.
